What separates Authentic Italian shoes from the rest?

True Italian shoes have "Vero Cuoio" embossment directly into the leather sole translating to "Real Leather". It is the mark of Italian real leather trade association whose primary goal is to support and increase the sole leather culture, to train the consumer to be able to autonomously recognize, distinguish and appreciate the quality of genuine Italian sole leather. Leather is the primary material, though patent, synthetic and exotics skins have been known to be used. Our shoes are handmade, and made to last. They are an investment piece and staple to your wardrobe.

How to measure your foot at home.

Step 1: Place your heel against a wall and slide your foot back snug against the wall. Place a ruler on the floor parallel to your foot with the end of the ruler touching the wall.

Step 2: Find the length from the wall to the end of your longest toe. Use this length in inches to find your US shoe size from the "General Size Conversion Charts" above.   

Step 3: Take the length in inches and use the general conversion chart above to find your US size.


When will my order ship?

We work to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Items are shipped on average 1-3 business days after your order has been placed. Please see our shipping options in your cart during checkout.

How can I change my order or shipping information after my order has been placed?

Please email sales@moroitalyboutique.com with your order number if you need to change your order or shipping information. If your order has not shipped, we will do our very best to accommodate your request.

My tracking number states my package has already been delivered, but I have not received anything.

USPS reuses tracking numbers. Within the first 24 hours or so after you receive a shipping confirmation, you may see that your item has already been delivered. Don’t worry, this is just outdated information from the last time the tracking number was used. Your correct information should display within 24 to 36 hours.


We accept returns if applicable. Our returns policy lasts 14 days, If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. The 14 days starts from the date the item has being received. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.


If applicable, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.  Exchanges (not applicable).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
