What's the difference between our merchandise and low cost products?

We directly work with experienced artisans located in Le Marche district which is a guarantee of high quality workmanship, excellence in raw materials and original design.

Do your wholesale products have a logo?

Our wholesale products usually don't have a specific logo but only words like made in Italy or genuine leather (vera pelle) which confirms the origin of the product. On demand we can remove or customize a logo at an additional negotiable cost.

What are the costs for shipping and customs on wholesale orders?

Wholesale orders will ship directly from Italy, shipping is not included. We can arrange shipping for you if you don't have a contract with a particular freight. We recommend air freight for orders up to 500 pieces. Customs fees are also not included, please consult with customs duty information or with your freight to find out rates and documentation required for custom clearance of leather goods made in Italy.

How do I place a wholesale order?

After contacting us and once the order is confirmed we will send you via e-mail an invoice with a payment link. We accept all major debit and credit cards. Online payments are secured SSL, which encrypts all data in transit to ensure secure online transactions. We guarantee the transmission of your data is totally safe thanks to the use of the highest of security standards.

What's the time frame on wholesale orders?

Products in stock will be shipped immediately after the payment is received. Manufacturing orders can take to 3 to 4 weeks from order and payment confirmation. Plan in advance, during certain times of the year the production can be extremely busy, however we will let you know the specific time frame upon your inquiry.

What can I do if my wholesale order is wrong or damaged?

Our made in Italy products are very close to a zero percent quality control problems. In the unlikely event that some items are damaged, defective or for any other issues please contact sales@moroitalyboutique.com within 7 days from receiving the order. Depending on the nature of the problem we will find a solution, we will either replace, refund or credit item.
